Terms of Service
Last Updated: August 30, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TheTruckingPage.com and its related services ("The Trucking Page," "we," "us," or the "Platform").
By accessing the Platform, creating an account, submitting a listing or advertisement, or purchasing a Platform service, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or post content.
1. Our Role
The Trucking Page is an online advertising, classified-listing, business-directory, and connection platform for the trucking industry.
We allow third parties to advertise jobs, trucks, trailers, equipment, parts, services, businesses, deals, and other trucking-related opportunities.
The Trucking Page does not sell, purchase, own, inspect, lease, finance, insure, repair, transport, employ, manufacture, or provide the goods, jobs, or services advertised by third parties.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, we are not a party to any purchase, sale, employment relationship, service agreement, financing arrangement, or other transaction resulting from use of the Platform.
2. Listings and User Content
Users and businesses are solely responsible for everything they post, including descriptions, photographs, prices, equipment condition, mileage, job terms, compensation, services, promotions, and contact information.
By posting content, you represent that:
- the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
- you have the right and authority to publish it;
- you have authority to advertise the applicable product, property, job, or service;
- the content does not violate applicable law or third-party rights; and
- the content is not fraudulent, deceptive, or intentionally misleading.
The Trucking Page does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, legality, authenticity, or reliability of user-generated content.
3. No Verification, Endorsement, or Guarantee
The appearance of a person, business, listing, job, product, service, advertisement, or promotion on the Platform does not constitute an endorsement, certification, recommendation, warranty, or guarantee by The Trucking Page.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, we do not independently verify users, businesses, ownership, titles, VINs, mileage, equipment condition, licenses, DOT/MC authority, insurance, qualifications, job terms, compensation, prices, or services.
Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before doing business with anyone found through the Platform.
4. Equipment and Parts
The Trucking Page does not inspect trucks, trailers, equipment, parts, or other products advertised by users.
We do not guarantee ownership, title status, liens, VIN, mileage, specifications, condition, accident history, authenticity, compatibility, safety, price, financing, or availability.
Buyers are responsible for independently inspecting equipment or products and verifying all important information before purchasing or sending money.
Sellers are responsible for having the legal authority to advertise and sell their property.
5. Jobs
Job advertisements are submitted by independent employers or businesses.
The Trucking Page is not the employer and does not make hiring, compensation, scheduling, termination, or employment decisions for third-party advertisers.
We do not guarantee employment, pay, CPM rates, percentage compensation, weekly earnings, mileage, home time, benefits, equipment, working conditions, carrier authority, insurance, or any other representation made in a job advertisement.
Employers are responsible for their postings, hiring practices, and compliance with applicable laws. Applicants are responsible for independently evaluating employers and job opportunities.
6. Services and Businesses
Repair shops, towing companies, parking providers, dealers, insurance providers, factoring companies, financing providers, compliance services, accountants, attorneys, recruiters, dispatch services, and other businesses advertised on the Platform are independent third parties.
The Trucking Page does not perform, supervise, control, or guarantee their work or services.
We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, quality, pricing, performance, or conduct of third-party businesses or service providers, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
7. Transactions Between Users
Any purchase, sale, lease, employment arrangement, repair, financing arrangement, service agreement, or other transaction resulting from a connection made through The Trucking Page is between the applicable third parties.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, The Trucking Page does not:
- handle or guarantee the underlying transaction;
- hold or escrow transaction funds;
- guarantee payment or delivery;
- provide warranties; or
- assume responsibility for disputes between users.
Users transact with third parties at their own risk and are responsible for contracts, payments, inspections, taxes, warranties, and other transaction terms.
8. Advertising and Platform Fees
The Trucking Page may charge for listings, subscriptions, business profiles, advertising, featured placement, promotional visibility, or other Platform services.
Payments made to The Trucking Page are for advertising, publishing, promotional, subscription, or Platform services only. They are not payments toward an underlying transaction between users.
Paying for advertising or increased visibility does not mean that The Trucking Page verifies, endorses, recommends, or guarantees the advertiser.
Fees and applicable refund or renewal terms will be disclosed in connection with the applicable paid service.
9. Fraud and User Safety
The Trucking Page does not guarantee that every user, business, listing, or communication is legitimate.
Users should independently verify identities, businesses, ownership, titles, VINs, licenses, authority, insurance, payment instructions, and other important information before entering into an agreement or transferring money.
We may investigate or remove suspected fraudulent activity, but we do not guarantee that we will detect or prevent every scam, fraudulent user, or misleading advertisement.
10. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not use the Platform for fraud, unlawful activity, harassment, spam, impersonation, discriminatory or unlawful job postings, stolen property, intellectual-property infringement, unauthorized data scraping, malicious software, deceptive listings, or content they do not have the right to publish.
We may remove content or restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, our policies, or applicable law.
11. Moderation
We may, but are not obligated to, review, edit, reject, hide, investigate, or remove content.
Our moderation of some content does not mean that we monitor, verify, investigate, or approve every listing or user.
A listing remaining visible on the Platform does not constitute our endorsement or approval.
12. User Content and Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you submit.
By submitting listings, photographs, logos, banners, descriptions, or other content, you grant The Trucking Page a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, resize, distribute, and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate and promote the Platform and your listing.
You must have the legal right to upload and use the content you submit.
The Trucking Page's own branding, software, graphics, design, and original content remain the property of The Trucking Page or its licensors.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
We do not guarantee the accuracy of third-party listings, the legitimacy of users, the quality or safety of advertised products or services, successful transactions, employment outcomes, or uninterrupted operation of the Platform.
14. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TRUCKING PAGE AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST BUSINESS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION ARISING FROM USE OF THE PLATFORM.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Trucking Page is not responsible for claims or losses arising from third-party listings, inaccurate information, fraud, scams, equipment or product transactions, repair services, employment relationships, service providers, payment disputes, or other dealings between users.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
15. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Trucking Page and its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, and agents from claims, damages, losses, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from your content, listings, products, services, transactions, conduct, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of third-party rights.
16. Privacy and Third-Party Services
Use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
The Platform may link to third-party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, security, products, services, or privacy practices.
17. Changes and Termination
We may modify the Platform and update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date will reflect material revisions where appropriate.
We may restrict or terminate accounts and remove content when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users or the Platform, investigate suspected misconduct, or comply with applicable law.
18. Governing Law and Disputes
The governing law, venue, and any applicable dispute-resolution procedures will be determined by the legal entity operating TheTruckingPage.com and should be stated here before commercial launch.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
